This advanced software enables one to analyze project requirements and deliver calculations, ensuring accuracy and reliability in tendering for work. With RIB (Candy), clients can make informed work procurement decisions.
I utilize RIB (Candy) applications to provide accurate and efficient measurement of the works for monitoring monthly progress and final scope. This information is linked to the accounts costing to enable monthly and final reporting on the commercial status of the project. Monthly and final applications for payment are also generated.
Change during construction projects is inevitable. Standard forms of contract provide for administering this change. With my qualification and membership of the Institute of Construction Claims Practitioners, I am able to write up, assess and submit professional claims structured in a manner that is acceptable to any professional determination or legal adjudication.
Disputes during construction projects unfortunately do happen. As a Fellow member of the Association of Arbitrators Southern Africa, I am versed in contract law, law of evidence, law of delict, construction law and the arbitration and alternative dispute avoidance and resolution procedures. I offer full preparation and procedural services in the various dispute resolution scenarios.
